Summary: JOQR collects no data. No accounts, no analytics, no ads, no third-party SDKs. QR code content never leaves your device.
JOQR scans printed QR codes (or QR codes in photos you import) and turns them into passes you can keep in Apple Wallet.
None. JOQR collects no personal data, no analytics, no advertising identifiers, and no usage statistics. There are no accounts and no sign-ins.
Creating a Wallet pass requires a cryptographic signature. To produce it, the app sends our signing service a manifest: a list of file names and checksums (digests) for the pass being created. A checksum is a short fingerprint of a file — it does not contain the QR code's content, and the QR payload itself never leaves your device.
The signing service keeps no logs of request content, stores no manifests or data derived from them, and returns only the signature needed to finish the pass.
To prevent abuse, the app proves it is a genuine, unmodified copy of JOQR on a real Apple device using Apple's App Attest system. The anonymous cryptographic keys involved identify an app installation for anti-fraud purposes only; they contain no personal information and cannot be used to identify you.
Passes you add to Wallet are managed by Apple on your device. Removing the app does not remove passes you have added to Wallet; you can delete them in Wallet at any time.
Because we collect nothing, there is nothing to retain and nothing to request deletion of. Deleting the app deletes every pass record it stored on the device.
JOQR is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children.
If a future version of the app changes what data is handled, this page will be updated before that version ships, and the effective date above will change.

يتطلب إنشاء بطاقة Wallet توقيعاً تشفيرياً. لإنتاجه، يرسل التطبيق إلى خدمة التوقيع الخاصة بنا قائمة بأسماء الملفات وبصماتها الرقمية (المجاميع الاختبارية) للبطاقة الجاري إنشاؤها. البصمة الرقمية هي معرّف قصير للملف — لا تحتوي على محتوى رمز QR، ومحتوى الرمز نفسه لا يغادر جهازك أبداً.
خدمة التوقيع لا تحتفظ بأي سجلات لمحتوى الطلبات، ولا تخزّن أي قوائم أو بيانات مشتقة منها، وتعيد فقط التوقيع اللازم لإتمام البطاقة.
لمنع إساءة الاستخدام، يثبت التطبيق أنه نسخة أصلية وغير معدّلة من JOQR على جهاز Apple حقيقي باستخدام نظام App Attest من Apple. المفاتيح التشفيرية المجهولة المعنيّة تحدد هوية تثبيت التطبيق لأغراض مكافحة الاحتيال فقط؛ ولا تحتوي على أي معلومات شخصية ولا يمكن استخدامها للتعرف عليك.
البطاقات التي تضيفها إلى Wallet تديرها Apple على جهازك. حذف التطبيق لا يحذف البطاقات التي أضفتها إلى Wallet؛ ويمكنك حذفها من Wallet في أي وقت.
لأننا لا نجمع شيئاً، لا يوجد ما نحتفظ به ولا ما يُطلب حذفه. حذف التطبيق يحذف كل سجلات البطاقات المخزنة على الجهاز.
JOQR مناسب لجميع الأعمار ولا يجمع بيانات من أي شخص، بما في ذلك الأطفال.
إذا غيّر إصدار مستقبلي من التطبيق طريقة التعامل مع البيانات، فسيتم تحديث هذه الصفحة قبل صدور ذلك الإصدار، وسيتغير تاريخ السريان أعلاه.
